Admission Policy

The school policy is grounded in the principles of equality, justice, and individual rights.

PROCEDURE

Registration for the new academic year is open from January of the current academic year until June.

  • Students applying for Grades 1 and 2 must sit for an admission examination in Arabic, English, and Math.
  • Students applying for Grades 3 to 5 must sit for an admission examination in Arabic, English, and Math.
  • Completed School Registration Form (All Pages / Signed)
  • 4 passport-sized photographs (student)
  • Copy of the student’s and parent’s CPR (front & back)
  • Copies of passport (student and parents in case coming from outside.)
  • Copy of the student’s birth certificate
  • Copy of the student’s vaccination records (from birth)
  • Copy of the student’s health report to the school (from Health Centre)
  • Copy of the student’s medical report (if the student has any health issues)
  • School Transfer Documents (from previous school)
  • Copy of Final/Last Report Card
  • Stamp of the Ministry of Education of the issuing state or its representative.
  • Stamp of both the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing state and Bahrain’s Embassy.

The School Fee Policy aims to lay down procedures for payment of tuition and other dues.

One-Time Fees

  • Registration: BD 70
  • Stationery: BD 77
  • Books: BD 120 for Grade 1 and BD 200 for Grades 2 to 6.

The fee is paid annually; however, the school also offers parents the option to make payments on a termly or monthly basis.
